One agent, from your first simulation to your thousandth robot
Insaion is observability for robots. One agent on your simulator, test rig, pilot unit or production fleet. No SDK, no code changes.
Built for the whole robot lifecycle
Don't wait for the first incident. Start when the robot does.
Beyond engineering: support and the business
The data engineers debug with also closes tickets and fills quarterly reviews.
The fleet you validate is the fleet you ship
Thresholds tuned in QA become your production template. Pilot recordings show what normal looks like. When an alarm fires, you have months of history to compare.
Simulators, rigs and robots are all just devices. Unlimited on every plan, including Free.
Frequently asked questions
Is Insaion only for robots in production?
No. Teams use Insaion through the whole robot lifecycle: in QA on simulators, bench hardware and HIL rigs, on pilot units before release, and on production fleets. The same agent and templates carry over from one stage to the next.
Is there an observability platform that works in both QA and production for robots?
Insaion is built for both. Test setups and production robots run the same agent and use the same dashboards, alarms and MCAP recordings. They also count the same toward your plan, and devices are unlimited on every plan.
How long does it take to connect a robot to Insaion?
A few minutes. Insaion is ROS 2 native: you install the agent with one command and it discovers the robot's topics by itself, with no SDK or code changes. With an enrollment key in your robot image, new robots register and configure themselves on first boot.
How do I test a ROS 2 robot before deploying it to a customer?
Test it in simulation, on bench hardware or a HIL rig with monitoring and recording on, write your acceptance criteria as alarm thresholds, run a soak test, and review incident history and recordings before sign-off. Insaion covers the monitoring, alarming and recording for each step.
Who uses Insaion besides robotics engineers?
Support and field-service teams use it to resolve tickets remotely, operations teams to track incidents and MTTR, and engineering leads and account teams for fleet KPIs in internal and customer reviews.
